Cancellation

You may cancel your project within 48 hours of placing your order, provided that work has not yet begun. After the project starts, cancellations must be agreed upon in writing.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

- A project has not yet started

- There is a documented failure to deliver agreed-upon results

- Both parties mutually agree to terminate the project

Partial refunds may be issued for incomplete stages of work. Any delivered and accepted work is non-refundable.
